When do products ship?

How long will it take to receive my pre-ordered items?
BuddyWear pre-orders are scheduled to be delivered to you within 5-15 business days upon shipment. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.

What if my order doesn’t arrive by January 31, 2026?
If your order hasn’t been delivered by January 31, 2026, you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

How does payment work for pre-orders?
Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout — we don’t offer installment or split payments at this time.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
We understand plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your pre-order, reach out to support@buddy-wear.com as soon as possible — we can adjust it any time before it ships.
What’s the refund policy for pre-orders?
Simply email us at support@buddy-wear.com within 30 days of your order. Our support team will guide you through the process.

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged
Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Include clear images of the damage and a photo of the SKU on the polybag packaging.
Once approved, BuddyWear will replace the item with the same size and color as the original order.
Reports made after 5 days or without required images will be reviewed, but may not be eligible for replacement.
